We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the information below carefully before placing an order.

PHYSICAL ITEMS
We accept returns or issue refunds only if an item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description.

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue and the original packaging.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs  
• We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier
